Another great piece of information to ask your Realtor is "What is their Percentage of List Price to Sold Price?" When the year is all said and done, that is a great tool to judge your Realtor with. Out of all Listings, the average Sold Price versus the Listing Price! In 2020, we averaged 95%!! (Ex: List for $300,000 = Sold for $285,000) 2021 will be even better with the demand for Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas land!
Right now, with such a strong sellers market, it is somewhat of a problem getting a high purchase price of a property Appraised. Appraisers are guided by previous "Sold" properties. In a rising market, this can be difficult. This is why we want to display what properties are actually selling for!
